PayRankJobs supports job searches in countries where jobs are posted in English and resumes are in English. We show salaries in local currencies for these regions:

• And other English-speaking markets

Note: Your resume must be in English for our AI to properly analyze your skills and experience.

Your privacy is our priority:

• Your resume is processed by AI to extract skills and experience
• We store only the extracted data, not your full resume text
• We never share your data with any employers
• You can request complete data deletion anytime

No, we hate spam too! You'll only receive:

• One initial email with your job matches
• Additional emails only when new jobs match your profile (not daily spam)
• Every email includes an unsubscribe link
• We do not sell or share your data

If you have a premium subscription, you can cancel it anytime:

• Click the "Cancel subscription" link at the bottom of any email we send you
• You'll see two options:
  • Cancel subscription only: Stops future billing but keeps your data and you'll continue receiving updates from time to time
  • Cancel and delete all data: Stops billing AND completely removes all your data from our system
• You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period
• After your subscription ends, you'll automatically become a free user

Note: Free users will see an "Unsubscribe" link instead, which allows them to stop receiving emails or delete all their data.

This can happen for a few reasons:

• Your resume might not have your email address in it
• Your minimum salary requirement might be very high for your experience level
• Your skills might be very specialized with fewer openings
• Try reuploading your resume with a lower minimum salary to see more matches
• Make sure your resume clearly lists your skills and experience

We automatically check for new jobs that match your profile every 24 hours. You'll receive an email only when we find new matches that meet your criteria.

This means:

• No daily spam - emails only when there are actual new matches
• Fresh opportunities delivered automatically
• Frequency depends on how many new relevant jobs are posted
• Some days you might get an email, other days you won't

You can unsubscribe at any time if you no longer want updates.

Currently, we only accept PDF files up to 5MB in size. Make sure your resume is in PDF format before uploading.

Most users receive their job matches within 10-15 minutes. During busy periods, it might take up to 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see our email.

Yes! You can upload your resume multiple times with different minimum salary requirements. Each upload will generate new matches based on your criteria.

Every job in your match email includes a "Generate Cover Letter" button. When you click it:

• Our AI analyzes the job requirements and your background
• Creates a personalized cover letter tailored to the specific role
• Highlights relevant skills and experience from your resume
• Emails the cover letter to you within a few minutes

Note: Cover letter generation is only available for jobs we send you via email.

Each job match email also includes an "Interview Prep" button that generates:

• Common interview questions for the specific role and company
• Suggested answers based on your background and experience

• Technical questions relevant to the position
• Tips for salary negotiation and what to expect

The preparation guide is emailed to you and customized for each specific job opportunity.

Yes, you need to have uploaded your resume first. Here's how it works:

• If you signed up with just your email and job description (quick signup), you'll be prompted to upload your resume when requesting a cover letter
• If you already uploaded a resume, cover letters are generated immediately
• Your resume provides the detailed experience and skills needed for personalized cover letters

The more detailed your resume, the better and more personalized your cover letters will be.
